When we are not out and about coaching sport to adults and children we are keeping ourselves in good shape doing all sorts of other things. Last weekend two of us managed to get up to the Lake District to see some of the stunning scenery and cover a hefty 20 plus miles on foot. A great change of pace to the HIIT and bootcamp sessions we are used to but none the less tiring and enjoyable and a good leg burn. Always looking for new ideas to keep fit as after all variety is the spice of life :)
