Fit4Fun Boxercise & Bootcamp classes are designed for all fitness levels and will progressively increase your fitness, strength coordination and mobility. Each session lasts 60 minutes and incorporates a wide variety of techniques including HIIT Training, Boxing, Yoga, Skipping, Kettlebells and Bodyweight exercises. Our friendly, approachable and professional trainers will always take into consideration any concerns or worries you have about group training so these classes can be a perfect for secondary sports coaching services in schools or perhaps even as extracurricular activities for staff!
