Personal Training

We recognise that everyone is an individual. At Fit4Fun our Personal Trainers will create a bespoke health and fitness training programme focussed on key aspects of your lifestyle in order to help you achieve your goals. After completing our Health & Wellness Questionnaire we will carefully consider your current fitness, any existing injuries and all dietary habits both inside and outside of the gym. Our sessions ensure that you are challenged in a variety of ways and integrate a wide range of disciplines such as cardiovascular exercise, strength training, mobility and yoga. Training can take place on a one-to-one basis or in a small group and although we would recommend three sessions per week we are understanding of day-to-day demands such as work and children.
