    Beautiful Run @ Craster Coastline

    When you get weather like this on the North coastline of the England you HAVE to be outside! After a weekend break to Craster to start the half term holidays I couldn't help but get out for a cheeky 5k run before a crab sandwich and an afternoon on the beach with the family. Lovely to run through part of the Dustanburgh Castle and golf course and I will be certainly visiting again in the future.     So I take a lot of pictures of my dinner and lunch for two reasons! One because I want to remember roughly what I ate when it was delicious and two I like to share. This week has been a belter for weather and food and the below are three recipes that are cheap, easy and delicious. I mean do I even need to describe the first.     Fit4Fun @ The Lake District

    When we are not out and about coaching sport to adults and children we are keeping ourselves in good shape doing all sorts of other things. Last weekend two of us managed to get up to the Lake District to see some of the stunning scenery and cover a hefty 20 plus miles on foot. A great change of pace to the HIIT and bootcamp sessions we are used to but none the less tiring and enjoyable and a good leg burn.
