Fantastic weekend at Twickenham with Jack from Fit4Fun! An unreal atmosphere at some incredible fancy dress from every nation. Sport wise the fitness and speed of these guys is incredible but moreover it was interesting and reassuring to see that they use a lot of the same warm up and mobility drills that our coaches use in their fitness sessions.
