A little behind the time posting this but had to write a brief homage to LeBron James despite the Cavs losing to GSW in the 2018 finals.
So much is written and it's fast becoming a more heated debate than Messi & Ronaldo but for me Lebron is the greatest basketball player of all time. I don't say this lightly especially ranking him above the likes of Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Kareem AJ but this guys has won four MVPs, three Finals MVPs, 14-time All-Star, 14-time All-NBA team, and six-time All-Defensive team. To go with it he has pretty much carried teams through to the finals for 8 years in a row!!!! Despite losing 6 of the 9 he has been in he has been phenomenal in almost every final.
If Lebron leaves the Cavs next season it's hard to bet against the team he plays for not reaching the finals.
